With over eight years of experience at GRG, Michelle has proven herself a reliable and consistent problem solver. She began life here in Reporting and Analytics before switching to Campaign Manager, being promoted to Senior Campaign Manager, and now serving as an Account Executive in our Melbourne headquarters. Michelle holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Cebu.
Michelle is responsible for developing, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing and display advertising. She has a proven track record in managing and executing successful campaigns across all channels. She also directly works with Account Directors, creative agencies, and publishers to build custom-made immersive campaigns for each of her clients.
Before starting with GRG, she worked for Asia Inc as – Technical Support Representative, promoted to OMDA 1(Operations Management Desk Analyst) and then OMDA 2. During this time, she handled different responsibilities, from Real-Time monitoring to scheduling and forecasting. What makes her unique is her ability to communicate potential issues clearly and promptly address them ahead of time. Her problem-solving and intuitive skills help her find solutions to delivery and strategy-related issues quickly, to maintain and push forward campaigns. Michelle holds herself accountable for the outcomes of every aspect of a campaign’s delivery, ensuring that goals are met without fail.
When not working, you’ll find her curled up on the couch watching thriller movies or reading a book.
