Salvador is a serial entrepreneur with an itch that only genuine, grassroots entrepreneurship can scratch. Constantly working in media and digital for close to 20 years, his progress in these commercial roles was a credit to his constant commitment to innovation. He founded GRG in 2009 looking to build a specialist digital media agency committed to driving digital advertising results through strategic innovation. Salvador has been involved in more than a dozen start-up ventures and amidst some (occasionally spectacular) failures, he now sits on the board of several successful companies and has invested in many more.
With over 20 years of experience in the Advertising & Digital industry, Brad co-founded Global Rev Gen in 2009 and being operationally minded, he helped create and scale the processes which formed the backbone of GRG for many years. Now a non-executive director of the business, he has put his strong business acumen and start-up experience into various investments in the start-up scene across many industries. A thalassophyte at heart, in his downtime Brad will usually be found somewhere on a boat or leaping off one into the sea.
Will is a true entrepreneur. A forward-thinker, a digital guru, and a problem solver – the master of scratching an itch and making things happen. He founded his digital agency in 2006 and worked closely alongside GRG and its clients. In 2017, the two businesses merged. Since then, Will has founded two innovative companies in Routinr and more recently, QuantPlus. He knows all the tricks of the digital trade and has a genuine passion to help every client grow, leaving no challenge unturned. When he’s not being our digital Yoda he can be found enthusiastically racing go-karts or saving the world with his jiu-jitsu skills.
With more than 15 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industries, Jacqueline joined the company in 2011 as Operations Director, having had prior experience in marketing, media sales and research at Pureprofile and CAE. Progressing to General Manager at GRG in 2018, Jacqueline is an intensely passionate and consummate professional who drives GRG forward in every direction, earning the respect of the directors, her team, and our clients. She has a down to earth and infectious personality, with a keen interest in mindfulness and fitness in her spare time.
Inspiring, knowledgeable, strategic thinker, creative, passionate, and driven are a few adjectives to best describe Bosco Anthony. A seasoned digital strategist, storyteller, and international speaker with a background in corporate leadership, business operational maturity and an entrepreneurial spirit. Originating from Tanzania in East Africa, Bosco spent much of his adult life in Vancouver, Canada. He now calls Brisbane, Australia home and spends his free time with his two British Bulldogs Hugo and Amelia.
Bosco Anthony’s impressive 20-year portfolio has seen completion in over 1000 digital projects, 500 strategies in over 200 different sectors nationally and internationally. Bosco is known for being an influential business leader, having spoken at TEDx Stanley Park as well as at over 300 global events, conferences, and workshops. He has an insatiable hunger to create and innovate and his fervent passion and knowledge of the digital industry stems from his previous roles as a digital strategist, international consultant, and digital agency lead, from which he has gained extensive knowledge of the digital consulting ecosphere and social media landscape.
His energy and enthusiasm are infectious. He’s renowned for taking businesses to the next level through really honing in on their CVP and developing the right partnerships to leverage a businesses core strengths. His skills are second to none and his design thinking approach, ideology and methodical execution of digital strategy, performance marketing, brand immersion and business development growth strategies have helped so many brands bring their story to life. His core purpose is to empower brands digitally and leave them better than he found them. He assists his clients navigate critical thinking from “What is” to “What if”?
Having worked in the digital advertising industry for over 5 years across the globe, Antoine settled in Australia in 2011 and joined GRG in 2017. His passion, precision, attention to detail and knowledge of digital media are second to none. His natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge ensures he is up to date with the latest industry trends and is able to communicate them with clarity to the team and our clients. Antoine works closely with clients to turn their marketing ambitions into holistic campaigns that will give them a competitive edge over their competitors. Weaving short, medium and long-term strategies he can lead clients down a clear path that will allow them to accomplish and measure their core marketing and advertising objectives. In his downtime, he enjoys sprinting around a tennis court and indulging in his love of wine, though not usually at the same time.
Born and raised in Melbourne, coffee runs in Phil’s blood. Previously a copywriter, Phil wanted to explore more of the advertising industry and make the jump to the media side of things, joining Global Rev Gen in 2018 as an Account Executive. He quickly developed extensive knowledge and skills in all things digital and his dedication, commitment and calmness under pressure saw him promoted to Account Director in 2021. Phil will arm you with all the right tools required to be successful across all digital platforms. Having lived most of his life in Melbourne, he sought out a new adventure in Sydney and over the last 4 years, he’s kept himself busy with his photography and exploring new places in Sydney. Especially the cafes.
Cherry is professional, yet passionate and down to earth with a wicked sense of humour. Very precise and knowledgeable, she is a great negotiator and has a key ability to strike deals that are profitable and sustainable over the long term for all parties. Her extensive expertise in digital media has delivered some outstanding results for our clients in a wide range of industries. A social butterfly at heart, Cherry can often be found travelling somewhere we have never heard of and sampling any and every cuisine.
Joan Cataylo joined Global Rev Gen in 2016 as Finance Manager. With vast experience in key roles in manufacturing and auditing companies in the Philippines, Joan brings a meticulous approach, detail-oriented, quiet achiever personality and plays a pivotal role supporting the General Manager in all things forecasting and financial analysis. When she’s not number crunching, you’ll find her curled up on the couch watching movies or reading a good book.
Charmaine joined Global Rev Gen in 2013 as an Executive Assistant, bringing a wealth of experience in general office management, reception handling, and appointment scheduling. A results-driven professional who uses sound judgment to determine priorities, she is renowned in the hallowed halls of GRG for providing discrete and confidential administrative support, efficiently interacting with all levels of administrators, clients, and stakeholders to ensure continuity and stability across the entire organization. In her downtime, she puts her great culinary skills to good use and studies photography.
